Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as payment for orders. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. Our online payments are secure using SSL encryption with one of the best online merchant payment services in the business.

Shipping
We sell / ship our products only in the United States and Canada (some exclusions apply to Canada, see product details prior to ordering). Shipping carriers and delivery times will vary depending on the type of shipping service selected (UPS Ground, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, etc.), product type and manufacturer. Products are combined when possible to obtain the lowest shipping rate. We charge only actual shipping fees as calculated by the carrier (UPS or USPS). Orders usually ship out within 3 business days. Please contact us for a shipping quote on large orders such as 24+ cases of MREs.

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Shipments
When receiving shipments from SurvialOutpost.com, please check the contents of your package immediately. We require that you report any missing, wrong, or damaged items within 7 business days of receiving the package. SurvivalOutpost.com must report all damages immediately to the delivery service and/or manufacturer. Please keep all merchandise and packaging in original condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We cannot accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost, but we will make every effort to correct the situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete.

Missing or damaged packages are rare situations. We will do everything possible to resolve the situation quickly.

Refusal of Delivery
If you place an order and it is refused/returned upon delivery to the address provided at the time of your order, you are responsible for the shipping costs for the order without exception. Any money refunded will be MINUS the initial shipping cost.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with our service and the products we provide. We will gladly offer you a refund within 30 days, provided the reasonable criteria below is met:

  • Contact us to obtain an RMA number to include in your return shipment.
  • You can return any merchandise in brand new, unused condition within 30 days of the date you receive your order. You must return all products, accessories, documentation, and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to SurvialOutpost.com.
  • Original shipping cost will be refunded, return shipping will not.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect the return and process the refund.
